RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Products purchased on nabni.com can be returned within 15 days from the date of customer receiving the products, provided they are returned in their original conditions and delivery charges to and from the customer would need to be borne by the Customer.
In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, Customers will be offered a substitute or replacement product or receive a full refund including any delivery charges paid for (where applicable). Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products should be returned as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.
Products that have been provided free of charge with the ordered products must also be returned.
Buyers need to take utmost care of purchased products they wish to return and ensure not to use these and maintain these in their original condition. We will not accept responsibility for losses or damages to products held with the customer and are entitled to refuse any refund or exchange requests for these products.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned products in their original conditions.
Cancellations made outside of the specified periods cannot be accepted.
Where the Vendor’s return and exchange policy stipulates otherwise, the Vendor’s terms and conditions apply.
